In the light of our youth minister, Dave Bailey, being offered a lectureship at Oasis College, Christ Church has the opportunity to appoint a Part-Time Assistant Youth Minister.
We are looking for someone who will...
- build a positive relationship with young people.
- inspire and excite young people with a passion for Jesus and minister Christ to them.
- work well in a team of volunteers and paid workers.
- take responsibility for young people’s personal development.
- take initiative and work independently when required.
Hours of Work
Your commitment is expected to average 14 hours per week, but this is highly variable, and is negotiable.
It is likely to be more during term time and less during the school holidays.
Salary is based upon JNC scale - level 5 - 7
