Friday 1st Match

An evening celebration event and the chance to meet the rest of the team and get your T shirt! - held at Christ Church Orpington.
Starts at 7.30pm and finishes by 9.00pm.


Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd May

Mornings . . .
Meet at 9.30am for breakfast at CCO, and then for a time of worship and teaching.

Afternoons – The Projects
After lunch (which is provided) it is your chance to help in the community; you will be in teams with your friends and will help out on a variety of projects, gardening, graffiti removal, car washing, visiting elderly people, prayer walking, praying on the streets etc. Watch this space for more details about the projects.

Projects will run from 1.30pm till 4.30pm and tea (sausage and chips) will be provided at CCO at 5pm. Then, please arrange to be collected from CCO at 5.30pm ready to meet us at The Pavilion swimming pool at 6.45pm (see below).

Saturday evening. . .
Meet at 6.45pm in the foyer of The Pavilion swimming pool at The Glades in Bromley. Swimming will be from 7pm to 8pm. Please then arrange to be collected from The Pavilion at 8.15pm.

Sunday evening . . .
Again after a meal at CCO - we will all gather for an evening celebration and to hear stories from the weekend. The evening will finish by 8.30pm.


Cost:

The cost for the weekend is £20.00. This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner on both days, swimming and a rather fashionable T- shirt (!), plus transport where necessary to projects. If you already have a T Shirt then the weekend will cost you £15.00 (you must wear a Passion T shirt when out on projects, so no T shirt = no project attendance!! (please note: There is no reduction in cost if you choose not to swim as the pool hire costs the same however many of us go!!)

All medical forms (which act as your application form) and payment need to be in by Sunday 29th March. A project place or food can not be guaranteed after this date!!
